MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITION

Members are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
•	Generally, Member agrees to pay the annual fees established for its Membership Class, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the Asia Food Forum rules. Dues are yearly and payment is required upon signing (to activate membership) and upon renewal (on the anniversary of membership activation). The Asia Food Forum will bill Member for dues in advance by written invoice, and payment will be due within three (3) days of mailing.
•	Compliance with Policies. Member agrees to abide by, and shall have all applicable rights and obligations as set forth in, Asia Food Forum Intellectual Property Rights Policy.
•	Suspension and Termination. The Asia Food Forum Board, at its election, may terminate membership upon bankruptcy or withdrawal from or cessation of business by Member. Asia Food Forum shall also have the right to (i) suspend participation of Member if it fails to pay its annual fees on time, or (ii) suspend or cancel participation of Member if it violates any of the Asia Food Forum or engages in conduct seriously prejudicial to the purposes and interests of Asia Food Forum and fails to correct that breach within thirty (30) days of notice from Asia Food Forum or the Asia Food Forum staff. No refunds of Membership fees or other payments will be given. Suspension and termination are subject to Asia Food Forum.
•	Members are obliged to keep safe their user name and password and there is not allow for abusing the online B2B Platform.
•	In case of Losses and burning the membership card for claiming new card $ 10 charges are applicable.
•	In case of any complain regarding The Asia Food forum members benefited, Members must to send their compliance to the following email " compliance@asiafoodforum.com”.
•	Logos and Names. You grant Asia Food Forum the right to use your organization's name and logo on the Asia Food Forum website and on related marketing materials, solely to indicate your membership in Asia Food Forum. As long as you remain a member in good standing, you may use Asia Food Forum's name and logo, in the format and with the notices provided or requested by Asia Food Forum, solely to indicate your membership in Asia Food Forum.
•	After completing the registration process you will received a welcome letter, membership card along with username and password for online B2B platform.
